What are the performance and uses of fireproof boards?

Jinyu Dongfang Super Fireproof Board has the following characteristics: Class A fire resistance, no smoke or toxicity, can withstand high temperatures of 1400 degrees Celsius for 2 hours of continuous burning, formaldehyde not detected, no odor, no glue used in the substrate production process, no radioactivity, environmental protection level of ENF, weakly alkaline inorganic components, termite and insect resistance, rot resistance, 100% antibacterial, and tested as an antibacterial and mildew-resistant wood decorative board. It has good sound insulation performance; a 12cm thick wall with a hollow structure can achieve a sound insulation value of 46db. It has super strong nail-holding power; the board surface can hold screws with a force of 1140N, and the edge can hold screws with a force of 1320N. It has excellent water resistance; the thickness of the board absorbs water ≤2% after 24 hours. It can be directly pasted with tiles, stone, wood veneer, melamine finishes, or directly applied with putty, paint, or exterior wall coatings.
How to prevent marble tiles from becoming hollow and falling off?

Before construction, check if the substrate is dry and clean, and confirm that the adhesive mixing ratio and application thickness meet the specifications. If the substrate is powdery, it is recommended to apply a bonding agent to enhance adhesion before laying the tiles. Key point: Use a strong adhesive material that prevents hollowing and falling off, such as Jinyu Dongfang carbon-based interface tile adhesive. Carbon-based interface tile adhesive can be used on various materials, such as wood, stone, ceramic tiles, metal, acrylic, bricks, tiles, glass, concrete, and even the smooth surface of ceramic tiles. What should I do if hollow spots or detachments occur after tile/marble installation?

Step 1: Diagnose the severity of the problem. Determine the extent of the hollow spots: Surface hollow: Hollow spots or detachment between the adhesive layer and the surface material; Center hollow: Hollow spots within the adhesive layer; Bottom hollow: Hollow spots or detachment between the adhesive layer and the substrate.

Step 2: Choose a solution based on the diagnosis.

Situation 1: Hollow spots can be repaired using the "injection repair method." Use a hollow spot hammer to locate the hollow spots, mark them, drill holes, inject Jin Yu Dongfang hollow spot repair adhesive, cure, and repair the drilled holes.

Situation 2: Loose or detached tiles can be repaired using Jin Yu Dongfang carbon-based interface tile adhesive. Apply a thin layer of Jin Yu Dongfang carbon-based interface tile adhesive to the back of the surface material and the substrate, then bond and compact it.
